    • 2 large whole wheat or flour tortillas

    • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
    • 2 large eggs, scrambled
    • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
    • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:


    Prepare the Scrambled Eggs:
    • In a bowl, scramble the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
    Sauté Spinach and Onion:
